We have a great deal of experience in designing, implementing and testing large and small distributed applications. We primarily work in Java and C++ and also have extensive experience with C. We also work in Perl and Tcl/Tk. We do our primary development under UNIX, purify it, then port it to the target platform.

This has been tested under NT 3.51. If your time server is a linux box, you will need to run -l. If it is a bsd box, you will need -b. It uses the 'time' service from inetd, which returns the current time in seconds since Jan 1, 1970 as a long. The linux time is biased to a different base date. The code then adjusts this into the base time of the NT box, (Jan 1, 1900) and sets the time. It needs the the adjust and query privilege on SYSTEM TIME to run. This code has not been tested under NT4.X, or under Win95. It relies on a simple socket library that I can't release source for.
Here's a way to multi-thread your fcgi scripts - for FREE
Multi threaded FCGI java libraries Use the FCGIInstance object's in,out, err and getProperties and getQueryString then call finish on it when done. FCGIAccept() returns an FCGIInstance object. Note: I haven't used this code in a year or so, and only just now got the ok to release it.
